Three Days. One Leadership Team. A Plan Your Firm Will Actually Use

The VIP Intensive brings your owner and up to five leaders to The Anchor Alliance for a focused on-site engagement. You assess where the business is, build a sequenced plan to move it forward, and leave with every person knowing exactly what they own and when it is due. A written plan follows 14 days later.

Discovery call is a 30-minute conversation to confirm fit — no obligation

Who This Is For

Most public adjusting firm owners became owners because they were exceptional at claims work. That is not the same skill set as running a company.

The operational problems that cap your revenue — the team that can't function without you, the processes that live only in your head, the growth you keep planning but never quite building — those are not personal failures. They are the predictable result of building a business around expertise you were never taught.

Image

If your firm's production depends entirely on your personal involvement in every meaningful file, you are not running a business. You are working inside one.

Image

If your leadership team shows up to meetings and waits for direction, the plan you built in your head has not made it into the room.

Image

If you know what needs to change but cannot carve out the uninterrupted time to think through it clearly and commit to a sequence of action, you are running on reaction.

The VIP Intensive is three days of structured, facilitated work to change that.

The Engagement

This Is Not a Workshop
It Is Working

The VIP Intensive is structured facilitated work, not a lecture or a training. Lynette Young leads your leadership team through a diagnostic, a planning session, and an execution day. Every session produces output. Every hour in the room builds on the last.

You arrive knowing what you're going to do. You leave knowing what everyone is going to do when you get back.

The agenda is designed for firms where the owner is the bottleneck — not because you chose to be, but because no one ever built the systems to make you optional. Three days is enough time to diagnose why, plan the fix, and put owners on every item that has been sitting in the queue.

Day 1

Assess

Establish an honest, shared picture of where the business actually is. Every person in the room agrees on the diagnosis before the day ends.

Day 2

Plan

Turn the diagnosis into a sequenced operational plan with owners, tools, and timelines attached to every initiative.

Day 3

Execute

Lock the plan, set the accountability structure, and leave with every person knowing what they own and when
it is due.

The Agenda

What Happens Each Day

Day 1 — Assess

The day opens with a Personal History Exercise: each person shares how they got where they are. This is not a trust-building warm-up. It is load-bearing. The work on Days 2 and 3 depends on the leadership team being able to be direct with each other, and this exercise builds the base for that.

From there, your coach reviews your 7Seas assessment results with the full team. You identify which Sea the business is navigating and what is keeping it there. Then the team works through a structured SWOT and a Competitive Advantage session — what does this firm do better than anyone else in your market?

The afternoon shifts to Strategic Identity (connecting the diagnosis to your stated direction and surfacing the gap between where you are and where leadership thought you were going), Ideal Customer Criteria, and Objectives. Your coach closes with a 30-minute private conversation with the owner. The day ends with end-of-day feedback from every attendee.

8:00am – 5:30pm

Day 2 — Plan

Day 2 opens with a team genius session, mapping each person's genius zones and frustration zones. This gives the team a shared language for how they each contribute and informs the role mapping that follows.

Role mapping comes next: who actually owns what versus what the org chart says. Owner bottlenecks become visible and explicit. Then the team builds a documentation priority list — the sequenced, highest-leverage documentation for the firm, ordered by impact.

The day closes with Prioritize Initiatives — a forced priority ranking of all outputs from Day 1 and the morning of Day 2 — and the Details of the Plan, where owners, timelines, and success criteria are assigned to each initiative.

8:00am – 5:30pm

Day 3 — Execute

The final day is the shortest and the most concrete. The team sets the cadence of meetings that will maintain the plan after everyone returns. Then the 30-Day Action Plan is built in the room: every item gets an owner, a due date, and a definition of done. The 90-Day Outlook maps the larger arc beyond the first 30 days.

Each person reviews their personal action items aloud with the group. Public commitment increases follow-through.

The engagement adjourns at 1:00pm.

8:00am – 1:00pm
