Twelve Months. Every System. A Business That Runs Without You.

Full Voyage is The Anchor Alliance's comprehensive 12- month transformation program. It covers everything in The Compass — and then goes further: SOP development, leadership coaching, strategic growth planning, and sustained implementation support across every function of your firm.

Available to Founders Room alumni.

$75,000 total investment. Discovery call confirms fit and eligibility before anything is scheduled.

The Engagement

The Compass gives your firm a clear direction and a 90- day plan. Full Voyage takes the work further: twelve months of structured coaching, on-site work, SOP development, leadership development, and implementation support across every business function.

This is not a program where you attend sessions and go home with materials. It is a year-long partnership that touches operations, team structure, financial planning, process documentation, and strategic growth — with Lynette and your leadership team working through each phase together.

Image

Firms that enroll in Full Voyage typically have revenue and some team structure already in place. The ceiling is not a start-up problem — it is an operational depth problem. The systems are thin or missing. The owner is still the decision point on everything that matters. The team is capable but underbuilt.

Twelve months is enough time to change that, if the owner shows up ready to do the work.

The Program

Four Phases Across Twelve Months

Foundation and Strategic Development (Months 1-3)

Summary: The first three months build the foundation. Assessment, coaching, and strategic preparation lead into a 5-day intensive on-site workshop at the end of month three.

Months 1 and 2 — Intensive Preparation

Bi-weekly coaching calls, each 60 to 90 minutes. Every session is a working call — not a check-in but a structured conversation focused on the firm's current priorities

In parallel, the assessment process runs: an employee roster and org chart are collected, and four separate surveys go out to different team groups — employees, owners, management staff — each covering a different angle of the firm's current state. The ScoreApp 7Seas assessment is completed by all owners to establish the starting-point diagnostic.

Month 3 — 5-Day Intensive On-Site Workshop (around Day 90)

Lynette travels to your firm for five consecutive days of on-site work with your leadership team and staff.

Days 1 and 2 cover Foundation and Operations: a review of all assessment findings, current workflow validation, competitive positioning, employee survey results and action planning, competency evaluation, and workflow refinement.

Day 3 is dedicated to SOP Development and Process Architecture: a full gap analysis of existing documentation, process documentation training for the team, team-based SOP creation workshops, and cross-functional integration planning.

Days 4 and 5 cover Advanced Strategic Growth and Leadership Development: comprehensive organizational structure assessment, strategic vision development with market analysis, a growth strategy roadmap with specific initiatives and resource allocation, 7Seas Framework integration across all business operations, and the 12-month strategic plan with quarterly milestones and success metrics.

(Days 1-90)

Phase 2 — Implementation and SOP Intensive (Months 4-6)

Month 4 is a dedicated 30-day SOP development period. The coaching cadence shifts to weekly support sessions focused specifically on SOP creation and implementation. This is the period where process documentation moves from a list to a working library — with crossdepartmental integration and quality checks built into the process.

Months 5 and 6 move into integration and refinement: monthly executive coaching sessions (90 minutes each), SOP implementation support, team training and adoption coaching, and process performance monitoring. The goal at the end of month 6 is a firm operating from documented processes rather than institutional knowledge.

(Days 1-30)

Phase 3 — Growth Acceleration and Leadership Development (Months 7-9)

With the operational foundation built, the focus shifts to growth. Monthly executive coaching continues. Quarterly team lead group coaching sessions begin — structured group sessions for the leadership tier below the owner.

The work in this phase covers strategic growth initiative implementation, leadership development and effectiveness coaching, and performance metrics analysis with ongoing strategy refinement. This is where the work moves from "building the systems" to "using the systems to grow."

(Days 1-30)

Phase 4 — Optimization and Long-Term Planning (Months 10-12)

The final three months are oriented toward sustainability. Monthly executive coaching continues with a specific focus on what happens after month 12. Emergency consultation is available for critical decisions. Advanced strategic planning for year two begins.

The program closes with an annual strategy refresh session, a comprehensive transformation assessment against the original 12- month plan, future growth planning, and a formal transition to independent operation with ongoing resource access.

(Days 1-30)

On-Site Work

Five Days On-Site. At Your Firm.

The 5-day intensive on-site workshop at the end of month three is conducted at your location by default. Lynette and her team travel to your firm. If you prefer to use The Anchor Alliance office in San Antonio, Texas, that option is available by mutual agreement.

Travel expenses for locations within the continental United States are included in your program investment. Travel to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations incurs additional fees, agreed on before scheduling. If you want a separate venue for the on-site work — a rented conference facility, for example — your firm is responsible for venue-related costs.

On-site dates are scheduled at least 30 days in advance.

Investment

Eligibility Note

Full Voyage is available to Founders Room alumni. If you have attended a Founders Room event and are ready to talk about Full Voyage, book a discovery call below. If you have not yet attended a Founders Room, The Compass or the VIP Intensive is the right starting point.

Is This Right for Your Firm?

Right Fit

Full Voyage is the right engagement for firms that have moved past the early growth problems and hit a structural ceiling. Revenue is real, the team is in place, and the owner is still the bottleneck on everything that matters. You have tried to build systems and they do not hold. You have made hires that were supposed to help but the work still routes back to you.

You are a Founders Room alumnus and you know what the 7Seas Framework is pointing at in your firm. You are ready for the work, not just the insight.

Not the right fit

Full Voyage is not the right starting point if you have not attended a Founders Room event. The prerequisite is real: the program is built on a shared foundation.

It is also not the right engagement if the owner cannot create genuine time and attention for the work across 12 months. This is not a hands-off program. The owner's full engagement is required for the investment to produce results proportional to its cost.

If you are not yet a Founders Room alumnus, the VIP Intensive or The Compass is the right next step.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a Founders Room alumnus to enroll?

Yes. Full Voyage is available to Founders Room alumni. If you have not attended a Founders Room event, start with the VIP Intensive or The Compass. Both are strong starting points, and both can lead to Full Voyage.

Where does the on-site work happen?

At your location by default. Lynette travels to your firm for the 5-day intensive. The option to use The Anchor Alliance office in San Antonio, Texas (211 N Loop 1604 E, Suite 150, San Antonio TX 78232) is available by mutual agreement. Continental US travel is included in the program fee.

What is the difference between Full Voyage and The Compass?

The Compass is a 90-day engagement built around a 3-day on-site workshop and eight specific deliverables. Full Voyage is a 12-month program that begins with all of that content and then goes further — SOP development, 12 months of executive coaching, quarterly team coaching, advanced strategic planning, and post-program support. The scope and depth are meaningfully different.

What happens after the 12 months?

The program closes with an annual strategy refresh session, a full transformation assessment, and a formal transition to independent operation. Clients who want ongoing structured support after Full Voyage may inquire about continued coaching arrangements.

How many firms can be in Full Voyage at the same time?

Capacity is limited. One new client per month is the standard onboarding cadence to maintain engagement quality. Book your discovery call to confirm current availability.
